This policy covers the Park Pal marketing website at parkpal.top. It does not cover the Park Pal software used by parks, which has its own terms with each park.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact or pricing form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, park name, email, phone number and message. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and send you the pricing or information you asked for.
• To keep the website secure and working well.

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate answers. We don't store chat conversations; they stay in your browser tab until you close it. Please don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in the chat.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Service providers

The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Form submissions are checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to us by email through Google. These providers process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us at any time by contacting us through the contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
